Create or Select a Cloud Project
Open Google Cloud Console, click the top-left project dropdown and select "New Project". Give it any name (e.g. MyVideoPlayer) and click Create.

Enable Google Drive API
Navigate to APIs & Services > Library, search for Google Drive API, and click ENABLE.

Configure OAuth Consent Screen
Go to APIs & Services > OAuth consent screen:
  • App name: Enter AI Video Player (or any name).
  • User support email: Select your Gmail.
  • Audience / User Type: Select External.
  • Developer contact email: Enter your Gmail address.
  • Click Save and Continue.

Create OAuth Client ID
Go to APIs & Services > Credentials > Create Credentials > OAuth client ID:
  • Application type: Select Desktop app (Easiest — requires 0 redirect URIs or SHA-1 hashes!).
  • Name: Leave default (e.g. Desktop client 1) and click CREATE.
  • Copy your generated Client ID and Client Secret.
  • If you selected Web application instead: Add this Authorized Redirect URI (You can ignore the Authorized JavaScript origins setting):

Publish App or Add Test User (Avoids Error 403)
  • To make login permanent (Recommended): On the OAuth consent screen dashboard, under Publishing status, click "PUBLISH APP". On first sign in, click Advanced > Go to AI Video Player (unsafe) once.
  • If left in Testing mode: Go to the Audience / Test users section, click + ADD USERS, and enter your Gmail address (prevents Error 403: access_denied).
Ready to Connect: Paste your Client ID and Secret in AI Video Player and tap CONNECT WITH GOOGLE. When the browser opens the Google sign-in screen, click "Advanced" and click "Go to AI Video Player (unsafe)" to continue.

Create a Free Dropbox App
Open dropbox.com/developers/apps/create:
  • 1. Choose an API: Select Scoped access.
  • 2. Choose the type of access: Select Full Dropbox.
  • 3. Name your app: Enter any custom name (e.g. MyPersonalPlayer).
  • Click Create app.

Add Redirect URI
In your app's Settings tab, scroll to OAuth 2 > Redirect URIs, click Add, and paste:

Enable File Permissions
Go to the Permissions tab:
  • Check files.metadata.read
  • Check files.content.read
  • Click Submit at the bottom of the page.

Copy App Key & Connect
Return to the Settings tab, copy your App key, paste it into AI Video Player, and tap CONNECT WITH DROPBOX!

Register App in Azure Portal
Go to portal.azure.comApp Registrations ➔ click New registration.

Configure Supported Account Types
  • Name: AI Video Player
  • Supported account types: Select "Accounts in any organizational directory and personal Microsoft accounts (e.g. Skype, Xbox, Outlook.com)".
  • Redirect URI: Select Public client/native (mobile & desktop) and paste:

Copy Client ID
Click Register. Copy the Application (client) ID from the Overview page and paste it into the player.

Create Custom App
Open app.box.com/developers/console ➔ click Create New App ➔ select Custom App ➔ choose User Authentication (OAuth 2.0).

Add Redirect URI & Scopes
In the Configuration tab, add this Redirect URI:

Check Read all files and folders stored in Box ➔ Click Save Changes.

Windows Network Sharing (SMBv2 / SMBv3)
Right-click any folder on Windows ➔ PropertiesSharing tab ➔ Click Share... ➔ Select your Windows user or Everyone (Read).

Connect from AI Video Player
In AI Video Player, go to Cloud & Network Drives ➔ Connect Local Server:
  • Protocol: Select SMB (Windows Share), SFTP, FTP, or WebDAV.
  • Host IP: Enter your PC's local IP (e.g. 192.168.1.50).
  • Share Name: Enter the shared folder name (e.g. Movies).
  • Username & Password: Enter your PC login credentials.
High-Performance 4K Streaming: Local network playback uses the embedded zero-copy stream engine to bridge SMB/FTP directly into ExoPlayer with zero latency.
